Whom will I fear when the Lord is my light and my salvation?

In the normal daily life, you can easily say that you put your trust in the Lord. Yet when things take a sudden turn for the worst can you say,

“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Whether you face this as a daily occurrence or perhaps you don’t like to admit that no one can make you scared, both men & women alike are afraid of something or someone. It is just a fact, even for True Life Christians. However, the True Life Christians have something that the rest of us don’t. The power of Jesus Christ. So when you fear, that’s the opportunity to surround yourself with the Lord as “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalms 27:1 (ESV)
